Class Schedules

Please note:

  • Drop-in! Pre-registration is not necessary unless specified
  • Arrive ten to fifteen minutes early to prepare for class  
  • Bring a large towel, yoga mat and bottle of water (all available to rent or to buy)

Ashtanga I

Classes are based primarily on the first series of Ashtanga Yoga, and offer an energetic practice that synchronizes the breath with a progressive series of postures.

Live Music Flow
With John Bauld and Trish Dingman
Wednesdays at 4:45pm

Join us for a celebration of movement, breath and live music that attune to the rhythms of a Vinyasa Flow.

Hot Hatha
With Kimberley
Sundays at 3:00pm

Classes emphasize alignment, and weave postures with poetic reflections and teachings. Hatha classes cultivate strength, balance, flexibility and attuned awareness.
