Class Schedules
- Drop-in! Pre-registration is not necessary unless specified
- Arrive ten to fifteen minutes early to prepare for class
- Bring a large towel, yoga mat and bottle of water (all available to rent or to buy)

| Hot and Regular Temperature Class Schedules: New Classes! Ashtanga I With Tessa and Shelley Tuesdays at 12:00pm Classes are based primarily on the first series of Ashtanga Yoga, and offer an energetic practice that synchronizes the breath with a progressive series of postures. Live Music Flow With John Bauld and Trish Dingman Wednesdays at 4:45pm Join us for a celebration of movement, breath and live music that attune to the rhythms of a Vinyasa Flow. Hot Hatha With Kimberley Sundays at 3:00pm Classes emphasize alignment, and weave postures with poetic reflections and teachings. Hatha classes cultivate strength, balance, flexibility and attuned awareness. | |
